Prior to the establishment of LCCS Conseil, its founder developed his practice within leading firms including Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Jones Day, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Allen & Overy et Shearman & Sterling, regularly recognised in leading international legal rankings.
Initially focused on strategic advisory work and supporting businesses facing complex situations, LCCS Conseil gradually expanded its practice to include contentious matters, particularly in tax and commercial law, as well as matters requiring a cross-disciplinary legal approach.
This evolution has shaped the Firm’s current identity: an independent, deliberately streamlined structure allowing for direct involvement in matters and continuity in their handling.
